We are accepting new patients both for NHS dentistry and Private dentistry at all of our practices. In addition, we offer 0% finance on all private treatment options to help spread the cost over your choice 6, 10 or 12 months interest free.*

New patients are able to register and book online by clicking the BOOK ONLINE button below.

This will open up a new page in your browser and allow you to register and book your appointment at a convenient time to you. You will also be able to select if you wish to be seen as a Private patient or on the NHS. You will need your mobile telephone and an email address to register and book. Please ensure you receive confirmation via email that your appointment has been booked. In your confirmation email you will also receive a link, which you will need to download and fill in your MEDICAL HISTORY and SOCIAL HISTORY forms. You will need to bring these documents filled in to your dental appointment along with 1 form of photo identification and one recent utility bill as proof of address. If you are on any NHS exemptions, you will need to bring proof of this to your appointment, otherwise you will need to pay for your treatment on the day.

We ask that you attend approximately 15 minutes before your appointment to complete your registration on the day.

Please note that we have a strict failed or missed appointment policy, and if you miss your appointment, you will no longer be able to book any further appointments at S3 Dental.
