Surrey cosmetic dentist Dr Sobia Butt BDS (Liverpool)
In July 2004, Dr Sobia Butt graduated from the University of Liverpool dental school and she even received a personal letter of commendation from the head of the clinical dental sciences department. This was for her exceptional treatment of dentally challenged and nervous patients. She has also achieved the highest marks in the paediatric and behavioural sciences examinations and she has used this to go into the field of orthodontics and orthopaedics.
Training with Dr Skipp Truitt who has been nominated as one of the most influential men in dentistry, Dr Sobia Butt has taken the most recent concepts from the USA and implemented them into her practice. She has found that neither adults nor children will need braces or teeth extracted if the problems are found and treated early enough.
In 2005, Sobia finished her vocational training and she then went on to be trained in dental teeth whitening. Selected for the advanced cosmetic dentistry programme by Dr Chris Orr, as well as the latest concepts in periodontal soft tissue and disease management programmes, Sobia completed them in 2006.
Through her training and experience, Dr Sobia Butt is able to use the latest concepts for porcelain veneers, shade mapping, teeth whitening, Cerec 3D, crowns as well as advanced restorative dentistry.
Once Sobia had completely covered cosmetic dentistry she then went on to study rejuvenation of the neck and head area. She specialises in removing deep as well as fine lines and wrinkles in order to give the face a more youthful look. The non-invasive treatment of migraines and tension headaches using non surgical dermal filler and botox treatments is also provided.
